- Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will try to resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee. If you choose to reschedule, this fee will be added to your balance.
- No-Shows: In the event that you fail to attend to your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged one hour of the hourly rate.
